25 September (Friday)

It was one of the most busiest days working. HOWEVER...... I enjoyed this tiring day! It's the first time see-ing everyone teamed up to make this event work!! And guess what this event is all about??

It's Mid-Autumn Festival! And we're the "stall" that sells HOME-MADE POPCORNS~~ I've never imagined that popcorn can be home "POPped"! Hahaa... Although I wasn't the one POPPING it, but it's really simple.... Let me teach you how to POP it at home~~


Step 1: Heat up a wok (pls use a wok instead of a pan to prevent the corns to burnt before it pop)
Step 2: Add in butter OR margarine & cooking oil. Heat up the oil
Step 3: Add in 1 to 2 spoons of DRIED CORNS (Dried corns can be bought in FairPrice, at the dried goods area)
Step 4: Close the lid of the wok immediately!
Step 5: Wait for it to POP!! (DO NOT open the lid when it is popping! or else the corns will POP out & it can be dangerous!!)
Step 6: Listen for the popping sound to stop. Open a bit of the lid to check if it is fully popped.
Step 7: Add in sugar OR honey OR malt. Stir well.

TADAH!!! IT's READY TO SERVE!! PIPING HOT POPCORNS!! xD
